1 year ago Bear replaced my water heater, and a few days ago the gas control valve went out, I called Bear and they put me on the schedule, when they got here the repairmen got right on the problem and had it replaced within 30min and had the water heater working. And then didn't even charge me a fee due to the water heater only being a year old. I really like these guys, they do good work.
